Pricing
Per resolved outcome.
Nothing per seat. Nothing per connector.
Three plans, sized by the number of resolved actions your store can ship in a month. Every tier bills on what Helmsway actually pulled the lever on — never a seat licence, never a per-app charge.
Pricing
500resolved actions / mo
From $0.06 / resolved action
Billed monthly against the 500-action cap.
Under ~500 orders / mo · DTC challenger
For the DTC founder outgrowing Triple Whale who wants one helm on their store, not a four-person data team — one live lever, the rest onboarding.

Compare to app stack
What you stitch together today — and what Helmsway replaces.
Most teams piece this together across three or four SaaS subscriptions before they get one continuous decision loop. The combined list price on those stitched apps, for a single Shopify brand, runs higher than a Helmsway tier before the first pause bill.
- Triple WhaleFrom ~$99 / moAttribution dashboard — but no guardrails, no levers, no resolved outcome.
- NorthbeamFrom ~$1,000 / moCross-channel attribution — but still a dashboard, not a helm that decides.
- PrisyncFrom ~$99 / moCompetitor price tracking — the data, without the reprice that holds inside MAP.
How per-resolved-outcome billing works.
- What counts as a resolved action.
A price that moved inside the MAP corridor. A PO that raised on the SKU forecast. An ad set that paused because the ROAS floor tripped. A review that answered inside brand voice. Each is measurable, attributable to one helm and one lever — and each is one row on the bill.
- What about overage?
Each tier ships a monthly cap (500 / 5,000 / 25,000). Above the cap, you stay on the same per-resolved-outcome rate and we open a conversation about the next tier before the next month starts. No automatic overage penalty, no rolled-forward overage line that compounds.
- Where the savings come from vs seats.
Per-seat pricing bills you for the humans who log in. Per-resolved-outcome pricing bills you only for the levers Helmsway actually pulled. A pause-heavy month costs what the work cost — not what the team would have cost on a per-seat contract that year.
Still have questions?
The five questions that always come up — about per-resolved-outcome billing, guardrails and no-action months — are answered, with destinations, on the Help FAQ. Anything security-shaped — DPA, ISO SoA, SOC 2 letter — sits on the Security page.
